Dr. Cepeda has been practicing optometry in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Your visual examination will be very thorough and our doctors of optometry will explain what you want to know in easy to understand English. We also speak Spanish and Tagalog. 

Dr. Saul Cepeda examines in English, speaks clinical Tagalog, and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Saul Cepeda is available for consult in both the San Jose and Union City offices.
